Artificial intelligence in Sweden, transforming the financial sector and the journey of a startup.

“Swedish company managers, workers, and politicians need to further explore and plan for what can be automated and improved with artificial intelligence or Sweden will fall behind,” says SoftRobot CEO Jan Lundqvist to the newspaper Uppsala Nya Tidning.

Keeping up with research and exchanging experiences between universities, businesses and politicians are especially important to make sure that Sweden keeps up with the global development.

“We can never match countries like the U.S. or China in financial terms, but through our strong education, research, and innovation efforts we have an opportunity to find a unique position on the global market.”
